Orders

Product Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Product prices do not include shipping or delivery charges unless specifically mentioned.
In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, TAJZAFRAN reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched to the courier company.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and customers should contact customer support for assistance.
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders may take approximately 3–30 working days depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
Multiple Product Orders
For orders containing multiple items, TAJZAFRAN will attempt to ship all products together whenever possible.
If certain items become unavailable after order placement:
The unavailable item(s) may be canceled
Customers will be informed accordingly
Refunds for unavailable prepaid items will be processed separately
Customers will only be charged for confirmed products and applicable shipping fees.
