15 DAYS EASY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 15-day easy return policy for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date. Free return service is applicable only for the first 2 return requests within a month.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect:
Opened food items
Dry Fruits
Herbal products
Rice
Chocolates
Tea & Coffee
Saffron & Spices
Honey
Bedding items after opening or usage
Gift items purchased during promotions or sales
Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional offers, or special discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or different from the description.
DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, please contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery.
Eligible cases include:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the order
Product significantly differs from description
After verification, we will arrange pickup and process the refund or replacement accordingly.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Tags, seals, and labels must remain intact
Products should not be opened, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Food and consumable products must remain sealed
Returns will not be accepted if:
Original packaging is missing
Product has been used or opened
Product is damaged after delivery due to misuse
Items are returned without approval
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of returned items.
Important notes:
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store wallet
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Any discount, coupon, or promotional offer used during purchase will be deducted from the refund amount
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
ONLINE PAYMENT ORDERS
For orders paid via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or other online payment methods:
Refunds will be issued based on the final paid amount after discounts
Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable
Shipping charges for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Return shipping charges apply in the following situations:
Customer changed their mind
Product dislike or preference issue
Incorrect size selection
Order cancellation after shipment
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
Pickup charges between AED 10 to AED 20 may apply depending on the location and product category.
BEDDING PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
For hygiene and quality assurance:
Bedding products can only be returned if unused and sealed in original packaging
Opened, washed, or used bedding items are non-returnable
Color variations may occur slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings
BULK & GIFTING ORDERS
Bulk orders and customized gifting products may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
