SHIPPING GUIDELINES
1. Delivery Coverage
TAJZAFRAN delivers across all areas within the UAE, including major cities and remote locations. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional delivery time and may incur higher shipping charges.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.
3. Order Processing & Courier Pickup
All orders are processed daily. Courier companies collect shipments from our warehouse every day at 5:00 PM.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and handed over to the courier on the next working day.
4. Remote Area Deliveries
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than standard delivery times due to courier schedules and service availability.
Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas depending on the courier company’s policy.
5. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery charge: AED 10 for orders below AED 100
Free delivery on orders above AED 100 within standard delivery areas
Remote areas may not qualify for free shipping and could have additional charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
PAYMENT GUIDELINES
1. Online Card Payments
We accept secure online payments through credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment gateways available on tajzafran.com.
All online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment systems.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may choose Cash on Delivery as a payment option at checkout.
Please ensure the exact payment amount is available at the time of delivery.
3. COD Charges
Cash on Delivery orders may include an additional AED 10 handling fee added to the final order total.
4. Online Payment Discount
Customers paying online via card may receive an additional discount of up to 2.5% on orders above AED 300.
This promotional discount applies only to prepaid online orders and is not applicable to Cash on Delivery orders.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO REFUSE
TAJZAFRAN reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order under the following circumstances:
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Violation of our terms and conditions
If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, the applicable refund process will be initiated accordingly.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information.
TAJ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Product packaging and colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen settings.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
